Plaintiff, Lyle Simpson, as administrator of the estate of Jerry Simpson (decedent), appeals from an order of the circuit court of Winnebago County, which granted summary judgment in favor of defendants, Byron Dragway, Inc. (Dragway), and The National Hot Rod Association (NHRA). Plaintiff contends that there are genuine issues of material fact which preclude the granting of summary judgment.
