Gene Blakey") and Mary Lou Blakey are parents of decedent Walter Scot Blakey, and they are suing individually. W. Gene Blakey is also serving as the personal representative of the estate of his son Walter Scot Blakey ("the estate"), and the estate represents both decedent...
