MOYLAN, Judge.

The appellant, Theodore B. Sanford, was convicted in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City by Judge David Ross, sitting without a jury, of the theft of an antique Seth Thomas clock of the value of $1,000. Judge Ross suspended a three-year sentence and placed the appellant on probation for three years. The appellant raises the single contention that Judge Ross erroneously failed to suppress the clock as the product of an unconstitutional search and seizure...
