The appellant, Fran Norton, was convicted of cruelty to animals. She contends the evidence was insufficient, some of the evidence should have been suppressed due to violation of the Fourth Amendment and Ark.R.Crim.P. 15.4, and in any event, she should not have been convicted on more than one count as she was charged with only one count.
