This case arises out of an automobile accident caused by the negligence of Donald Good, an uninsured motorist. The accident resulted in the death of Good and all of the occupants of the car with which he collided. The other car, driven by Nereida Andujar, was covered by an automobile insurance policy issued by the Government Employees Insurance Co. (GEICO), which included uninsured motorist coverage.
