This civil rights matter comes before the court on the motion of Henry Holley, the plaintiff, for reconsideration of the court's Order of January 25, 1991 which granted the defendants' motion, under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), and dismissed plaintiff's amended complaint without leave to amend. In so doing, the court expressly noted that no brief had been filed by plaintiff in response to defendants' motion as required...
