The plaintiffs, Scott Alan and Kimberly Joy Little, and their attorney, Stephen H. Cook, appeal two district court orders requiring Cook to pay attorney fees of $7,500 and $4,235.37 to the defendant, Robert Fellman, pursuant to § 13-17-101, et seq., C.R.S. (1987 Repl.Vol. 6A).
