MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

On May 15, 1991, we conducted a supplemental evidentiary hearing on defendant Noah Robinson's motion to suppress. Based upon the evidence educed at this hearing and a review of other pertinent filings,1 we find that Holandus "Jake" Oliver was controlled and arrested at the mouth of the interior hallway connecting the pool room with several other rooms at 10910 South Michigan...
