This is an appeal from a trial court judgment granting defendant's motion for summary judgment.

FACTS

On May 13, 1987, John Russell Shelton, in the course and scope of his employment with Fast Time Pizza, Inc. (Fast Time), was proceeding the wrong way around a traffic circle when he narrowly missed plaintiff Jane E.
