A trial court found appellant, Nancy Ann Boushey, guilty of obstructing a passageway and assessed a $50.00 fine. By six points of error, appellant complains that the trial court erred in finding her guilty because the evidence establishes the defenses of necessity, protection of life or health, the defense of third person, and the defense of persons entitled to protection under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.
