This appeal stems from an automobile accident near Tims Ford State Park. One of the drivers obtained a $2,000 judgment in the Franklin County General Sessions Court against the other driver and the owner-passenger of the other car. On appeal, the Circuit Court for Franklin County found that both drivers had been negligent but awarded a $1,400 judgment to the plaintiff...
