This matter is before the court on a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner, an inmate at the United States Penitentiary, Leavenworth, Kansas ("Leavenworth"), claims the Bureau of Prisons and the United States Parole Commission ("Commission") improperly revised his presumptive parole date.
