THIS MATTER is before the Court on a motion, filed August 13, 1990, to dismiss for the reason that this Court does not have personal jurisdiction over Defendant National Business Systems, Inc., a Canadian Corporation (hereinafter "NBS, Canada"). On September 6, 1990, Plaintiff Barclays Leasing, Inc. (hereinafter "Plaintiff") filed a response to NBS, Canada's motion to dismiss.
