Appellant appeals from the bankruptcy court's August 30, 1989 Final Judgment and Amended Memorandum Opinion. 104 B.R. 788. Before the Court are the Appellant's Brief, filed January 31, 1990, and Appellee's Brief, filed September 17, 1990. Although granted permission to file a Reply Brief, the Appellant elected not to do so.
