This is an appeal from an order removing minor children from the home of their natural parents and placing them in the legal and physical custody of Clinton County Children and Youth Social Services Agency. Both the minors, Robert, now age 17, and Christopher, now age 12, as well as the natural parents, Patricia and Carl Feidler, have appealed.
