These consolidated appeals are from the final decree of the trial court disposing of two related actions between appellant, Gerald J. D'Huy, and appellee, Polly Ann D'Huy, formerly husband and wife. Both actions concerned wife's right to continue to receive certain monthly payments pursuant to their pre-divorce property settlement agreement despite her post-divorce cohabitation with another man.
