OPINION

SUMMERS, Judge.

Appellant, Steven Lyn Dalton, brought this action for post-conviction relief in the Criminal Court of Weakley County. The trial court dismissed the petition, and an appeal was taken to this Court. We find no error and affirm the trial court's judgment.
