This is an action seeking damages and injunctive relief as a result of the Cerromar Beach Hotel's refusal to allow admittance into its premises to co-plaintiffs Miguel Nogueras and Barbara Blanco at a time when they were planning to visit co-plaintiffs and registered guests Astrid Castro and Annette Nogueras.
