This case involves cross-appeals from the April 5, 1989, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Wayne County entering summary judgment against the plaintiff/appellant Paul J. Chiricos, but denying the cross-claim of the co-defendants/appellants William S., Robert H. and Shirley S. DeLong against the co-defendant/appellee Forest Lakes Council, Boy Scouts of America.
