On March 20, 1990 the instant action was called for status conference. After discussing the issues of this case — and the arguments presented in defendants' motion for abstention and its opposition —, defendants were granted twenty (20) days to file a motion to dismiss. Plaintiff Asociacion de Pescadores de Vieques, Inc. (Pescadores) would then have the opportunity to file an opposition to said motion. Now...
