This case arises from a series of deliveries plaintiff made to defendant April Agro Industries, Inc. ("April Agro") in March and April of 1986, based on a $300,000.00 line of credit plaintiff granted to April Agro during that same period of time. After the parties agreed to dismiss several claims, International Paper Company's only remaining cause of action is a claim for breach of an express or implied guarantee...
