OPINION

HUSPENI, Judge.

Relator moved for reduction of his child support obligation, using a new procedure under Minn.Stat. § 518.551, subd. 10 (Supp. 1989). This procedure substitutes an administrative law judge (ALJ) for the family court. Relator argues that the ALJ erred in refusing to reduce his child support obligation, alleging that the ALJ'S determination that relator unjustifiably limited his income...
