Appellant, Stavros Passamichali, was charged with robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon, transportation of a handgun, use of a handgun in the commission of a felony or crime of violence, resisting arrest, and assault. After a trial before a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (The Honorable Elsbeth Levy Bothe presiding) but before the case went to the jury, the State entered a nolle prosequi to the Informations charging appellant...
