The matter presently before the Court revolves around the counterclaim of defendant David LaRoche ("LaRoche") for setoff against his debt to plaintiff Suffield Bank ("Bank"). On May 9, 1990, this Court granted the Bank's motion for partial summary judgment on the question of LaRoche's liability to the Bank for default on a promissory note.
