This is an appeal from the August 22, 1988 Order of court dismissing appellant's petition to withdraw guilty pleas and vacate judgments of conviction pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code. Appellant was charged with violating 75 Pa.C.S. § 1543, Driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked,1 on five separate occasions dating from October 1982...
