Plaintiff Luversia Cherry (Cherry) appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County, dated October 22, 1987, dismissing her strict liability in tort action against defendant, Siemans Medical Systems (Siemans) and from an order of the court dated May 17, 1989, denying her motion to vacate the dismissal order and reinstate her cause against Siemans.
