Laurie Ferge, as personal representative of the estate of her father, Leonard Wolff, appeals the dismissal of her appeal to the circuit court from a special tax assessment for sewer and water improvements made by the town of Weston. Ferge filed her appeal in the circuit court some seventy-six days after the town published its notice of levy. The circuit court ruled that the appeal was not timely filed within the forty-day limit set by sec. 66.62(2), Stats...
