This is an appeal from a final decree issued pursuant to the 1980 amendments to the Liquor Code enjoining appellant Latrobe Brewing Company/Labatt's U.S.A. (Latrobe) from terminating Tony Savatt, Inc. as its primary distributor within Savatt's territory. We decide that the contract at issue constituted Savatt as primary distributor, and that therefore the "good cause" requirement for termination of a primary distributor mandated in the Liquor Code...
