The plaintiff Rosario DiMartino (DiMartino) was seriously injured during the course of his employment. He brought this action to recover damages for his injuries based on allegations of negligence and breach of warranty against several third-party defendants. In the same action, DiMartino's wife and children sought damages for loss of consortium. The wife and children also brought a separate action for loss of consortium against DiMartino's employer....
