This appeal is the last remnant of a municipal tax lien foreclosure action instituted in 1981. After a trial on the merits, judgment was rendered for the plaintiff in excess of one million dollars. Several defendants appealed from that judgment, which was affirmed by the Supreme Court. Bridgeport v. Debek, 210 Conn. 175, 554 A.2d 728 (1989).
