Two questions are presented concerning the responsibility of an unwed father for medical expenses incurred in connection with the birth of his child: (1) whether an unwed father may be required to reimburse the Department of Social Services for the expenses paid on behalf of the mother, and (2) whether an unwed father's liability for the expenses paid on behalf of the child depends upon the father...
