CURETON, Judge:

In this child custody suit the mother refused to return the child to the father after visitation. The father petitioned to compel immediate return of the child. The mother then petitioned for primary custody of the child. After making certain jurisdictional determinations, the trial court ordered the mother to return the child. Both parties appeal....
