Gloria Levin and several named defendants (owner) appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. On July 10, 1989, the trial court granted an injunction to St. Peter's School and several named neighborhood associations (neighbors) enjoining the construction of an open-air parking lot on the owner's parcel in the Society Hill area of Philadelphia.
