Lateshia Evette Bartlett was convicted by a jury of the sale or transportation of cocaine. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352.) The jury found true the probation restriction allegation, as amended by the court, that appellant was "transporting and selling" a substance containing 28.5 grams or more of cocaine, within the meaning of Penal Code section 1203.073, subdivision (b)(1).
