In this appeal from the judgment of sentence of three to six years imprisonment that was imposed following his conviction on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia, appellant Earnest Ray Stembridge raises a single issue: whether the evidence of his constructive possession of the contraband was sufficient to sustain the verdict.
