Mormak (claimant) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (UCBR) which determined she was ineligible for benefits because she occupied a "major nontenured policymaking or advisory position" with the Commonwealth and, therefore, is not entitled to benefits under the Unemployment Compensation Law, Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex.Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897...
