Veda and Don Sirek1 appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellee Fairfield Snowbowl, Inc. (Snowbowl). In granting summary judgment in favor of Snowbowl, the trial court held that an exculpatory clause in a ski equipment rental agreement executed by Sirek released any claims that Sirek may have had against Snowbowl for negligence.
