Virginia Mechensky and McGraw-Edison Company (McGraw) appeal two orders of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (Commission) which found that McGraw violated an agreement entered into with Ms. Mechensky when McGraw released information to a third party concerning the termination of Ms. Mechensky's employment with McGraw. The Commission awarded Ms. Mechensky nominal damages for this breach. Both parties have appealed the orders, and their appeals...
