(Petitioner) seeks review of the order entered by the Director of the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA), Department of Public Welfare (DPW), denying his request to expunge a report of indicated child abuse filed by the Berks County Children and Youth Services (BCCYS) pursuant to the Child Protective Services Law (Law).1 We affirm.
