PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty but mentally ill on a charge of arson of a dwelling, MCL 750.72; MSA 28.267. She was sentenced to twelve to twenty years in prison. This Court granted defendant's motion for a remand to allow defendant to move for a new trial on the grounds of lack of competence to stand trial and prejudice resulting from the nonproduction of a witness.
