(CRI) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County upholding three suspensions, totalling 46 days, imposed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) based on three separate citations. Citations 84-1889, 86-2078 and 86-3331 were consolidated by the trial court for a de novo hearing and involved a number of alleged violations.
