This cause involves a declaratory judgment action commenced by plaintiff, Grange Mutual Casualty Company ("Grange"), in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas to determine its liability under a homeowners policy issued to defendant, Duane C. Thompson ("Thompson"). The defendants in this action were Thompson, the insured, and Brenda Dickerson, the executrix of the estate of Arthur Dickerson, Jr. ("Dickerson"), deceased.
