FLETCHER, Circuit Judge:

This appeal is one component of a larger securities fraud litigation. Appellant, Jeff Liebling, appeals pro se the district court's denial of his motion to compel arbitration in an action brought in federal court by appellees for damages caused to them by Liebling's alleged fraudulent activities. We hold that the district court erred in finding that Liebling waived his right to arbitration. We remand, however, for consideration of whether...
