This action involves alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. Sections 1 and 2), and Sections 1, 4, 5, 12 and 16 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. Sections 12, 15, 16, 22 and 26). In its complaint plaintiff sues for "appropriate injunctive relief and to recover treble damages which Plaintiff has sustained because of the violations of above cited statutes....
