This employment discrimination action was filed in October 1989 by four former employees of defendant, Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. ("Mitsubishi" or the "bank"), pursuant to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII").
