This matter comes before the Court to consider the motion of Shearson Lehman Hutton, Inc. ("Shearson") and Shearson Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. ("SLB Holdings") for dismissal of the Counterclaims of GenCorp, Inc. ("GenCorp") under Rules 9(b) and 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. SLB Holdings also moves for dismissal of the Counterclaims for lack of personal jurisdiction. Fed.R. Civ.P....
