Wayne Johnson, an attorney, appeals the district court's denial of a motion for reconsideration in which he challenged an order that he pay sanctions for failing to attend a settlement conference. Gregory Ayers, Johnson's client in the district court, appeals the district court's dismissal of his action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, and 1985, in which he alleged various civil rights violations in connection with two arrests.
