PIERAS, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on plaintiffs' Motion Requesting a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). Pursuant to Rule 65(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, plaintiffs request this Court to enjoin defendants from prosecuting the plaintiff as an adult in the Puerto Rico Superior Court on January 16, 1990. They allege that proceeding with plaintiff Victor Robles' trial will cause immediate and irreparable harm...
