W.A. Taylor & Co. ("Taylor") has sued Griswold and Bateman Warehouse Co. ("Griswold"), Quality Distribution Systems ("Quality") and three of Quality's officers (collectively with Quality termed "Quality Defendants"), asserting claims arising from damage to Taylor's products stored at Quality's Copenhagen Warehouse in Franklin Park, Illinois (the "Warehouse").
