Zechman ("Zechman"), a former employee of defendant Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith ("Merrill Lynch"), brings this action seeking relief on a variety of theories for injuries he allegedly suffered incident to his discharge from Merrill Lynch in August, 1988.
